Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and SCADABLE ("we", "us") and govern your access to and use of scadable.com and any related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of the service
SCADABLE offers compliance as a service to other companies and startups
We may add, change, or remove features of the Service at any time, and we may suspend or discontinue the Service in whole or in part.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract, to use the Service. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to:
- break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others;
- access, tamper with, or disrupt the Service or the systems that support it;
- upload malicious code or try to gain unauthorised access to any account or system;
- use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others.
User accounts and content
You are not required to register for an account to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. The Service does not currently offer public content submission. Any information you send us is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and remain the property of SCADABLE and its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features without our prior written permission.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service you acknowledge that you have read it. Where our Cookie Policy is published, it explains the cookies and similar technologies the Service uses.
Fees, payments, and refunds
The Service does not currently include paid features. If that changes, pricing and payment terms will be presented before you pay.
All fees are stated before you pay. Fees are charged in advance and, except where the law requires otherwise, are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCADABLE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Third-party services and links
The Service may contain links to, or rely on, third-party websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms.
Feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or other feedback about the Service, you agree that we may use it without restriction or compensation to you, and that it does not create any confidentiality obligation for us. We will not use feedback in a way that identifies you without your consent.
Copyright complaints
This section applies where the Service allows users to submit content. We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@scadable.com that identifies the copyrighted work, the material you object to and where it appears, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them. We will remove or disable access to infringing material promptly and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
Electronic communications
By using the Service or emailing us, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SCADABLE, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally.
You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the governing jurisdiction above for any dispute that is not subject to a small claims process.
Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements on this subject.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, give additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
